As the final restrictions lift today, it is important to continue to act carefully and remain cautious. This means that there is NO CHANGE to how we are delivering clinics at this time. Please see image below for guidance if visiting our clinic for a face to face appointment. Thank you for your support.
We must continue to protect each other; our team will continue to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). National advice is that a face covering must still be worn in healthcare settings (unless exempt).
To help protect our staff and other service users, please stay at home and self-isolate for 10 days and do not visit our service if you or a member of your household have:
- a new continuous cough
- OR a high temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher
- OR loss of/ change in smell or taste
