Here is some helpful guidance to help you whilst you are staying at home. If you have serious symptoms you cannot manage at home, use NHS 111 online (please only call NHS 111 if they cannot get online).

We have adapted to new ways of working since the coronavirus pandemic and continue to work within national guidance, with the safety of both patients and staff as a priority.
Our referral routes are now fully open for all types of referral. This means we are accepting referrals from consultants, GPs and other health professionals as normal. We are also accepting self-referrals.
We have successfully offered telephone consultations for nearly 20 years and have trained more of our staff to be able to undertake this method of assessment. We have also developed the ability to do consultation via video-link and this may be offered where appropriate.
Appointments can therefore be offered by telephone, video or face to face, depending on your clinical need and following a risk assessment. A face to face appointment may only be offered following telephone or video assessment and where the risk assessment shows benefit over risk. Members of the public attending DynamicHealth in person will be required to wear a face covering.
